Shoot down a joint from the shaft by means of a rod and a hammer. Loosen the clamp and slide hinge with propeller shaft. To install the new hinge wrap shaft splines tape, set on the shaft rear cover and clip, then remove the tape. Apply RTV sealant layer thickness of 1 mm on mating surfaces of the lid. Install the hinge slots on the shaft and move it until it stops. With the help of a rod and hammer fully napressuyte hinge on the shaft. Install the propeller shaft retaining ring completely besieged him in the groove. Install the two bolts through the top hinge and a cover to align the holes. Napressuyte cover on the back of the hinge until it stops. Replace the clamp cover caps. When installing the clamps cover the end of the clip should be bent in a direction opposite the rotation of the propeller shaft. Manually tamp hinge lubricant velocity joints. Fit the new hinge end cap and seal the holes with two screws. Connect the drive shaft and tighten the bolts. Install the driveshaft in place. Block the drive shaft and tighten the hinge with intersecting grooves with the necessary momentum. Tightening torque, 20 Nm.
